WattsUp is a company based in South Wales, created by Mark Hutchings, to supply lighting helium balloons for the film and TV industry.

Mark is a lighting gaffer who has over thirty years experience in the Film & TV industry with recent credits being; Doctor Who, Pembrokeshire Murders, Beatrix Potter and Watchmen.

We pride ourselves on being able to advise you and provide as much or as little support as you need.
